SHINee Song Jump Is Inspired From Legendary Michael Jackson's Song Off The Wall

Who doesn't like MJ? Do you know Michael Jackson is TaeMin's number 1 pop idol? He danced because of Michael Jackson. SHINee latest song, Jump is inspired by Michael Jackson's song, Off The Wall.

The composer, Curtis Richardson ( follow him on Twitter ) mentioned on his Twitter that they wanted to  the essence of early 80’s & with a little splash of for SHINee. SMTown has been hiring him since TaeMin's solo album and the song Move. Off The Wall also one of the best selling album for all time in the USA. About 20 million copies have been sold and counting.

Jump will be featured in SHINee's latest album, The Story of Light EP.1
Michael Jackson Off The Wall album released on August 10, 1979. This is one of the legendary Pop songs that hit the Billboard Music Awards like crazy. With Off the Wall, Jackson became the first solo artist to have four singles from the same album peak inside the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100.

Listen to Jump teaser here and then enjoy the song from Michael Jackson, Off The Wall. When I was a kid, my parents always listened to Michael Jackson's songs. So, this is one of the best song from him that can get you out of that couch and dance. I believe Jump will bring the same vibe too. Off The Wall is a song that encourage you to enjoy life and do your thing. Thank you Curtis if Jump is going to have the same message as Off The Wall.

After this, why not write a song that inspired from Blame It On The Boogie from Michael Jackson because I love the lyric.

... Don't blame it on the sunshine
Don't blame it on the moonlight
Don't blame it on the good times
Blame it on the boogie
